At the Max Business Group, we have chosen to take the high road in service of our clients.  It is not, and never will be, our goal, to hire as many agents as possible to increase our bottom line- as we put people first! 

To deliver on our Vision and Mission to our clients, it is critical that we hold our criteria for Partner (agent) selection at the highest standards of excellence...standards that exclude all but the “best” from becoming a Partner with our firm. We have deliberately selected the term Partner in describing members of our firm to better describe the relationships that we form with our employees, and those we form with our clients.
