Purchase a REIA Report
 Before you purchase a RIEA Report, you will first want to download a copy of our REIA Report Investor Input Data Worksheet and REIA Report Investor Profile when buying or investing in property and download a copy of our REIA Report Seller Input Data Worksheet when selling. Once downloaded, you will use the form to collect as much accurate data that you possibly can for the property to be analyzed. The minimal necessary items are marked by a red asterix (*).
You will also want to download a copy of our Limitations of a REIA Report. This document presents the limitations of the report relating to the methods of data collection. You will be asked to read and sign off on the limitation disclaimer before purchasing the report.
Currently our on-line option for purchasing a REIA Report is not available yet. However, you can still purchase a Max Report for a specific property by following this simple step-by-step process:
To purchase a REIA Report: Real Estate Investment Analysis for a specific property of interest:

collect the most accurate data you can and enter it into the appropriate worksheet (Investor or Seller from above)

if you are purchasing a REIA Report: Investor, or REIA Report: Executive Summary- you will also need to download and send our Investor Profile page

fax your completed REIA Report Data Input Worksheet to us at 724-452-4297 along with your contact information

once reviewed, we will call you to confirm your purchase and payment method

the cost of the REIA Report versions are:
- REIA Report: Investor- $150
- REIA Report: Negotiation- $50 (must be purchased with REIA Report: Investor)
- REIA Report: Seller- $150
- REIA Report Executive Summary- $50 (must be purchased with REIA Report Investor or REIA Report: Seller)

Once the purchasing process is complete, your REIA Report/s will be created and sent to you via email in pdf format within one business day.
