 So, how do you find high performing properties?
When we ask investors "What is the biggest challenge you face in building wealth?" the answer is nearly unanimous- finding high performing properties.
This answer is supported by a recent research project we conducted in which the data suggested that over 97% of real estate investors could or should have made better investment decisions than they had (base on Cash Flow After Taxes performance). When we dug deeper into their decision making processes, we found the
Top two major contributors that kept investors from being more successful:
1. investors failed to conduct comprehensive financial analysis of a property, before, during, and after the purchase, and,
2. investors reported looking at only one property at a time before making a buying decision.

You can focus your search by selecting the state and metropolitan area for which you are interested. The criteria for selection and sorting for this data is Cash Flow After Taxes. When you find a property of interest, you will have the option to learn more about any of the properties by purchasing a REIA Report for that property.
