First Time Investors Workshop

Purpose of workshop:  This workshop was designed to help participants begin their investigation into investing in real estate.  This workshop will present the unbiased TRUTH behind real estate investing in a professional, highly ethical, and friendly forum.  Why it this program so different?  Because at the start of this program we will ask you to help design your own learning.  The program is created for your benefit not ours.

Questions you will get answered in this workshop include:

• What does a "good" investment look like?
• How much money must I invest?
• When will I have to invest it?
• How much money will I make?

• Why do some real estate investors fail?

• What type of properties should I buy?
• How many ways can I make money on my real estate investments?
• How do I find the best investment properties?
• What is a multi-list and how can I use it to help me find properties?
• How can I use high quality experts to maximize my profits?
• OK, so after this program, what do I do first?  Then what?  (from your personalized plan of action)

These along with many other questions will be answered throughout the one day program.  To maximize your learning, we suggest that you start writing down all the questions you have about investing in real estate and bring your list with you so that you are ready to contribute your questions to the group at the beginning of the workshop.  

Length of workshop:  One day starting at 9:00 am sharp and ending at 4:30 pm sharp.  On your own for lunch from 12:30-1:30 pm.

Cost of workshop:  $250.00 per person or $350.00 when attending with a partner or spouse.  Price includes all materials.
