Once we have completed this initial research stage we will call you to let you know how your property stacks up against the competition and whether or not we feel your property is a property we could sell in the current marketplace.
If we feel we can sell your property within a reasonable time, we will schedule a time to view the property and make recommendations for maximizing profits. All required listing documents will also need to be agreed to and signed at that time to all ownership parties. A short-term action plan will also be developed on which both of us will take immediate action on.
If we feel it is NOT in both our interests for us to sell your property at the present time, we will make suggestions as to how you may best sell your property under the current situation you described to us earlier in the process.
