REIA Top 50 Best Buys List

 
A REIA Top 50 Best Buys List is a customized report in which the top 50 highest performing properties in a given area are presented. The list is created using very specific pre-selected investor buying criteria.    

 
How is the list created? 

As the basis of the final report is a list of focused properties that have the potential to meet or exceed the wealth building goals of the investor, the first step is for us and the investor to understand the criteria they will apply when making buying decisions. Those pre-selected criteria are then used to guide us in identifying nearly every income producing property in the investor’s selected areas of choice. 

Once the properties are identified, every one is analyzed using the REIA Report Investor. From this comprehensive analysis, the most critical decision making factors are extracted from the report and built into a database. The investor’s most important buying criteria are then used to sort the data to create a list ranging from the highest performing to lowest performing properties. Only the top 50 properties on that list are extracted and presented in the report.
