Taking a Business Approach to Investing in Real Estate

Purpose of program:  This workshop was designed to help real estate investors take a more serious and necessary approach to applying the best business thinking and practice when investing in real estate.  During the program participants will be introduced to a comprehensive and proven business model that they will customize to meet their own personal and financial needs.  This workshop will provide participants with the necessary foundation on which a highly successful and profitable real estate investment business can be built. 

Questions you will get or create answers to in this workshop will include:

• What is a “business model” and how to use it to make better decisions
• The effect of personal history and how it helps or hinders your success as an investor in real estate
• Reflecting on and designing the five functions of your businesses Strategic Architecture
• How your business reflects your role as leading real estate investor
• Setting the working relationship: from high quality experts to tenants
• Using a “project” approach to real estate investing
• Putting it all together:  Creating your personalized Action Plan
• Managing your current holdings
• Building wealth into your current portfolio
• OK, so after this program, what do I do first?  Then what?  (from your personal plan of action)

These along with many other questions will be answered throughout the one day program.  To maximize your learning, we suggest you start writing down all the questions you have about investing in real estate and bring your list with you so that you are ready to contribute your questions to the group at the beginning of the workshop. 

Length of Program:  One day starting at 9:00 am sharp and ending at to 4:30 pm sharp. On your own for lunch from 12:30-1:30 pm.

Cost of Program:   $250.00 per person or $350.00 when attending with a partner or spouse.  Price includes all materials.
